Emerald Homes has many plans to start from and every house they build is unique. Since every Emerald Home is customized, prices can vary depending on lot size and your specific needs and tastes. However, all house prices include Tarion fees, taxes, survey, sodding & driveway, so there are no surprises.

Open concept main floors with upgraded tile and hardwood flooring throughout, 9' high ceilings and large windows. Kitchens feature floor to ceiling custom cabinetry, undercabinet lighting, custom hood fans, backsplash, quartz countertops, custom accessories, stainless steel appliances, and many other custom features.

Homes include a covered, maintenance free composite deck and a gas BBQ line. Ensuite baths may have a free-standing tub and a tile shower with a custom glass door, including a bench, wall niche and rain shower heads and slide bars.

Emerald Homes fully finishes basements that have extra high ceilings with large windows, providing plenty of natural sunlight. Basements can be finished to include a wet bar with a beverage centre, flooring of your choice, another fireplace and plenty of built-ins and storage.
